علم الصرف

Ilm-us-sarf is that knowledge in which you learn to understand the words and you learn how to make a word into another word.

Benefit: The benefit of this knowledge is after completing the book you will be able to say each and every Arabic word correctly (without Dhamma, Fatha, kasra, etc.).

اصطلاحات

Dhamma is Pesh.
Fatha is Zabar.
Kasra is Zer.
Tanween is Two Zabar, Two Zer, Two Pesh.
Harkat is the name of: Fatha, Kasra, and Dhamma.
Sukoon is a Jazm.
Tashdeed is when you read a letter twice with one sukoon and harkat.

Madhmoom is that letter which has a Pesh/Dhamma.
Maftooh is that letter which has a Zabr/Fatha.
